TMTC was originally born at the end of 2019 to be an in-house transaction service for a brokerage in Philadelphia. After a successful launch and a few months of increased business, we realized that we had an opportunity to expand our services to serve more than one brokerage. We worked to create a model that could effectively serve agents from any brokerage with only gentle tweaks to account for specific brokerage and agent idiosyncrasies. In our first year, we settled just under 400 deals. In our second, we doubled that.
Our current model is different than many other 3rd party transaction services. We grant all agents their own login to our backend system to provide transparency and promote open communication between our agents and their TCs. We also pair our agents/teams with TCs based on volume and personality to create a unique partnership. Our TCs are contractors who are provided with multiple layers of support operating inside of the TMTC system including file set up and assigned conveyancing!
The latest addition to the TMTC family is a tech division. The tech division is currently focused on KW specific relationships and seeks to provide support in areas of ad campaigns and KW Command. Additional CRM support to come soon. TMTC is continuously looking to improve our offerings and increase the help we can provide to our real estate agents.
