Our dedicated team of Transaction Management and Conveyancing specialists at Take Me to Closing are all about giving real estate agents back their time. When you have more time to do what you do best, it means more money in your pocket and more time for what’s truly important in life. Our goal is to ensure the highest level of support with many opportunities for resources while providing a singular contact to streamline communication and promote efficiency.

We develop a unique partnership with our agents

Our current model is different than many other 3rd party transaction services. We grant all agents their own login to our backend system to provide transparency and promote open communication between our agents and their TCs. We also pair our agents/teams with TCs based on volume and personality to create a unique partnership. Our TCs are contractors who are provided with multiple layers of support operating inside of the TMTC system including file set up and assigned conveyancing!
